Default Is this a bad tps at idle? 83 ohms

I have been trying to track down a bad and lean idle for the past year. I previously swapped out the tps with a supposed used working one a while back. I am trying to retest everything again to track down the problem. According to Clark's the ohms should be 0 to 10 with the throttle closed. Mine reads 83. is this a bad tps that could be creating way lean lumpy idle. Done pressure tests numerous time to the intake but can't find any leaks.

Have you tried and measured directly on the tps ?
Mine says 0 ohm with the throttle closed.

Ok so pins 4 and 6 on the switch are zero omhs when throttle closed. Does the fact that there was some resistance at the dme connector indicate a wire problem?

never mind. Think I had a bad ground source initially. was able to ground to battery post a second time and had no resistance.
