There aren't too many tools that are actually NLA and the ones that are you probably won't ever need anyway. From my research, I know P9210 - Thrust pad for balance shaft bearing is NLA. There are other tools, like the P9201 which have gone up in price significantly in the last 18 months. Two years ago you could get a P9201 from the dealer for ~$400 and now they're north of $700.
Some of the other "nice to have" tools have gotten so expensive they are essentially NLA, even though Porsche maintains stock of them. The 928 engine yoke and 944/968 adapter come to mind. Combined, they're over $2k but make working with clutch components with the engine on a stand a total snap.
I've got a list of the special tools I still want/need so if I see them for a reasonable price I ****** them up.

Burning Brakes
Hairline crack in the Motronic motherboard or ignition trigger is going south can cause intermittent no-start, the starts OK a few minutes later. A new ignition trigger can be had from DigiKey or Amazon for about $4, and a soldering pen from Harbor Freight runs about $8 for the one with multiple tips (hobby pen).
