I'm trying to understand the factory specs. For example it says 1 deg 30'. Does that mean 1 deg and 30/60 (1.50deg)?

Also, does anybody in the South Jersey/Philly area have the rear toe alignment accentric tool I could borrow? I'll throw in your favorite case of beer.

Yes. 30' = 30 minutes = .5 degree.
