Problem: While turning right(only right) under hard compression i.e.: driving hard there is a roughness/vibration felt through the steering wheel/floor under my feet. Wheel bearing test is ok,no play when grasping wheel/tire top and bottom, wheel spins smooth,no noise or roughness. When grasping wheel/tire for and aft there is slight play 1/4-1/2". Steering wheel turns back and forth at the same rate. Is this normal? Steering rack is leaking but does not feel notchy when turning opposite lock back and forth. Front tires are feathered on the inside slightly. Tie-rods,sway bar bushings, control arms all look good, no play, boots are good. Front struts are new Koni adj, recent alignment. Any thoughts?

Do you have an aftermarket 3" downpipe? Mine was doing the same turning right where it slightly rubs on the drivers side control arm mount. The fix was to grind the mount a little and adjust the downpipe position loosening the bolts. Do not over grind and hit it with hi temp paint.
