discussion going on on the 951 FB page...some are saying that Porsche never pin striped cars from the factory, that if they had them, they were dealer optioned or other aftermarket. Curious as to what the real truth here is. My 88 951S has painted pin stripes, and I'd been hell bent on keeping them thinking they were OEM but maybe not now!

My 944 S had cool pin striping and I really liked it. The paperwork said it was done by the dealer. I do not believe any pin striping came from the factory.

They did not come pin striped from the factory.

The 924 only had the martini stripes. That's it.

A different kind of pin stripes... Interior on an 86 951. Does anyone else have this fabric on their seats? If so I'd love to have the option code. My tag is missing...
