Does your cage have the short rear bars over the back seat, or the long bars extended to the rear of the hatch with the diagonal?
Jim you are correct about the euro -86 Cup cage from Matter. It was aluminium with the short rear bars as in the middle pic of Kristofs car which is for sale by the way.

I am very surprised to read that those early -85 cars had a square dash. Could have bet all turbos came with the oval dash but Porsche always seems to surprise. Would love to see some pictures of an early turbo like that.
