So I'm soon going to dive in to my first turbo upgrade, going K27/6, and am assembling the parts needed and probably needed. I know there are better and newer turbos out there but I wanted to keep it somewhat period and the price was right, so this isn't about turbo choice. I wanted to make sure I'm not forgetting any needed or while I'm in there things. I'm already running MBC, dual port WG, and 3" turbo back on my current set up.
I'm planing to:
-remove CV
-remove CV/AOS pipe tree
-run new AOS to intake hose
-install larger J pipe for K27 intake
-replace vacuum lines
-install rebuilt and flowed 55lb injectors with appropriate ballasts
-have max chips reprogrammed for new set up
-use new intake gaskets on reassembly
A reliable 315-325WHP is the goal, is there anything else I should do besides the above and a good cleaning while I have the manifold off?
Thanks!

replace AOS upper and lower o-rings. Voltage regulator for alternator. If you havent already, fuel damper hose, thats prone to leaking and causing an engine fire. Clean rear bell housing grounds. Speed / Reference sensor and / or harness.

Replace the exhaust seal ring between the turbo and the cross over pipe -

Also, consider replacing the rubber part of the AOS-crankcase line - should be easy with all that stuff out of the way. I think it's NLA but Lindsey Racing makes their own part for it.

I'm deleting the cv and cv/AOS tree as well and will be running that Lindsey pipe for the AOS. The other stuff is all great ideas and while adding to the expense slightly it's def worth it to get it right the first time.
Thanks!
