Well I'm an idiot and lost the instructions on how to adjust the fuel pressure on my Lindsey raciing adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
So my question is anyone have the instructions that they can post up.

At warm idle pull the vacuum line off the FPR and adjust your base pressure to whatever your car is tuned for; likely 2.5 or 3 bar (36 or 44psi).
