Default Brey Krause tow hook installation Q's?

Yeah, yeah, I have the instructions and it's stupidly simple.

Except my car doesn't have the three nuts they reference in their instructions.

Instead my car has this...

I'm assuming these are plugs? Clean off the gook, pull them out and then what?

Pull the plugs!
You will need the proper bolts (Grade 8?), washers and nuts.

I assume I can get at the holes from inside the trunk where the huge side holes are?

Plugs just turn out with an Allen key?

Plugs are pressed in and made of rubber. Slide a screwdriver under the lip and pry out. The holes are though the inner wheel well in the back section of the hatch. Easy to get to.
