Default Interior harness strap removal?

Anyone have a good technique for getting these strap clamps off their posts. I presume they just push on the threaded studs, but they're all but fused on there after 30 years (wow, 30 years!). Any removal tricks? Or, bonus points if you have a part number or source for those straps so I can just cut them off!

(I'm finally doing the long-overdue battery box rust repair, after some truly terrible work done back in the early 90's -- will make a separate post on that as I progress...)

Never mind, I got them off with a ton of gentle prying (and a little non-gentle prying) with a screwdriver. I was just worried about snapping the studs off, but alls well that ends well. The studs are not machine threads so can't be used to hold a cushion clamp with normal metric nuts...
