Car stalled - won't start. Suggestions?
Hi All -
While driving out of a parking structure yesterday my car stalled and refused to start again. It cranks over with plenty of vigor but will not start - it seems to be getting no spark at all. I have had no problems at all before, the car idled smoothly and ran great. I was idling along through the parking structure and it just conked out.
As a relatively new owner does anybody have any quick suggestions on what I should check out first?
Thanks in advance!

Most likely problem: DME relay. This is relay G5 in your fuse panel and provides power to the DME (engine computer) for spark as well as the fuel pump. Remove the relay and use some heavy wire to jumper from terminal 30 to terminals 87 and 87b. If your car starts, you have found your (very common) problem. If not, the are more possibilities we can direct you to, so post back here.
You can buy a new and heavier uty DME relay at your dealer or any supplier; usually about $25; dealer may sell for more.
Lets us know what happens.

Hi all -
I did the test suggested by Don up above - it was the DME relay causing the problem. Pelican Parts is right nearby, had one in stock, and by the end of the day I was back up and running - which is good because I hate leaving the car stranded like that! Thanks for the offer of the relay, Todd.
Thanks again!
Thanks for the info everybody.
