You can also drive your car back on your brand new to you tow truck with your new company. Take all that is legally possible, and press any charge on him you can. He's lucky in a way in many ways, he's still alive. If it were my car there would be a high chance he wouldn't be.

It was a very minor crash, thank god the front end was off (fiberglass) just messed up front mount $1000.00, looks like a fender bender .. Accident report says excess speed and illegal u turn then rear ended some one ... The guy picked up my car in New York then went to NYC (queens) to dive her , he could not wait apparently... But yes my luck sucks... On a good note I just purchased my 1st house 👍. I'm pretty much fed up with this car , my wife wants me to get a sports car that I can actually enjoy then stress me out .... But I'm going to give her one more shot I can't give up on this pretty gal

We will see what my lawyer says I would not mind owning his 18 wheeler and his trailer to tow my car around with lollll, I am not going to go easy on him AT ALL , trust me in that
