Remembering my 944 ...
It's easy for all of us car (Porsche) lovers to get caught up in our current automobile. However, I just saw a fantastic 944 Turbo at Starbucks the other morning (before work), and seeing it made me remember how much I enjoyed mine. I had a ritual in which I would drive to my favorite car wash every Saturday morning and take my bucket of detailing accessories with me. I would place my car on the shade side of the building to take my time addressing the car.
When Porsche released the '944 Turbo S' I knew I had to have it. When they released the 993 I felt the same way. I have no plans to ever sell my 993, only add to it with another Porsche. But my 944 still holds a special place for me (and on my wall) that I thought I'd share with others who have the same feeling.
