hose from PS pump/rack to Cooling loop?
The rubber hose from the loop to the PS pump or rack ( i forget which one it goes to)
How is that connected?
I removed the old one that was only hose clamped on, was a PITA to remove. but it was pretty brittle at the end. replaced it with another hose i had that went on quite nicely and put hose clamps on it. I did this when i put the engine in 3 weeks ago.
I've started it, driving it up the block, around the block and no leaks.
I took it for a proper drive, and has decided to dump on the floor.
So i believe there shouldn't be a hose clamp on the line?
What's suppose to be on it?
Thanks.

I replaced mine this year and it is hosed clamped to the cooling loop. The end on the rack has a banjo bolt. The clamps on top of the cross member are a PITA to remove.
Once that hose was replaced the line from the reservoir to the pump failed. As you replace the weak point the next marginal part goes.

Are both ends of the hose with hose clamps?
The hose i used wasn't great. It actually split. I got a better one and will hose clamp it unless otherwise.

Mine doesn't look like that.
Mine comes a banjo on the rack all solid until before the loop theres a hose probably 200mm long. (which is the hose i'm talking about)

The cooler side of the loop is low pressure, if you are blowing that line off then you may have a constriction between the line and the reservoir. The synthetic hose between the line and the cooler is just clamped.

Like rlm328 said. That line has low pressure but not zero pressure. You will surely need a hose clamp on each end of the 200mm hose. Perhaps you had the improper hose the first time or you do have some sort of restriction. You could blow compressed air through the cooling loop to see. I would use low air pressure (10psi or so) and rig up something that can catch whatever comes out of the other end.
