Eyal, I use the one from Volkswagon (BLUE). It has no phosphates. Phosphates are harmful to aluminium engines. I stay away from the Dexacool(red). On the 928 board were complaints of Dexacool actually gelling up when the coolant was low. Another good brand is from Mercedes. Remember the coolants cannot be mixed with each other so if you buy blue you top off with only blue and so on. Reno

Eyal, you'll be fine with either the VW brand or the Mercedes Brand. I don't no to much about the BMW brand. Mike, the Gm brand is Dexacool. Again these are isolated problems that were part of a discussion on the 928 board, but since our motors are exactly the same it would include us to. The problem they had with the red coolant(Dexacool) was if by chance you were to blow a hose and all of your coolant was expelled the remaining coolant had a tendency to gel up inside the heads. So not to take any chances I use blue and no problems. Reno
