LR M-Tune

The switches are down. not coding / jumper. everything, everything is proven. map sensor works prefect.
try different DME. many hours of work, all proven. and always rich.
there is no difference, if you connect O2 sensor. any difference whether or not the O2 sensor.

What fuel pressure?
Was the DME converted to 28pin?
I check 100% of the chipboards before they go to LR.
Email me a picture of the chipboard installed, and the coding-plug location on the wiring harness.

Another thing to check for is if the vac ports on your intake are actually leaking. I was messing with my car a couple months ago and the Vac ports on the turbo S intake I have pulled out of the intake when I was playing with the hoses during the M-tune install.
If you look at my car build page I did everything possible on the car but never expected those ports to pull out on the intake.
A second thing is with wiring. I rebuilt the wiring harness on my friends turbo. It's in my basement right now. Turns out the large rubber firewall boot on our harnesses was covering worn wires. It's another place not many people look. 6 wires were damaged in this area in the middle of the bundle going through this location. I can assure you that this harness bundle has never been taken apart before.
Finding this damage in the harness surprised me since very little movement ever takes place here unless dropping a motor or working on the DME or KLR.
I've recently taken apart 3 stock throttle bodies and all 3 had dried up o-rings on the throttle butterfly shaft.
If you have never rebuilt your throttle body buy a rebuilt kit from Arnworx.
I'm running the LR M-tune on my 3.0L and the only issues were related to my car...not the M-tune.
Will be getting the Logger and Tuner in the mail from Devon "JBrown" along with the M-tune for my friends car.
Looking forward to data logging a tuning in the spring. Will post all problems I discover with the cars.....old crusty part replacement on friends car

AFAIK only the late UK Turbos have an 02 sensor fitted . If the car doesn't have an 02 sensor or it's bypassed with a coding plug is that an issue for the M-Tune operation ?

The coding plug function has changed, it is used to select between even and odd tunes...
So, for Tune 1, the chipboard switches should be all down, and no coding plug installed. For Tune 2, the chipboard switches should again be all down, but now the coding plug should be installed.
How to select Tunes is gone over here:

No O2 sensor is not a problem - the system will simply not use O2 correction.

Is the stock jumper in place on that pic? White plug with orange label.
I know there are 2 in that area.

If the jumper is indeed in place, it would put him on the race gas map, which could explain why he's running rich.

The picture of the fuel pressure - is that with the motor running?
If the motor was running, was the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator connected or not?
