ok i got my new forge 007 (well, forge 007 clone) installed today, as the stock recirc valve had busted. but the valve starts recirculating the air too soon. how do i adjust the pressure at which the valve opens?

Are you sure you installed it the right way?
The DV007 isn't adjustable is it?
You could get a stiffer spring for it but I'm pretty sure the standard spring will hold up for at least upwards 2,0 bar.

hmmmmm then maybe ive got something else venting the air........ ill have to check, and yeah, its installed right, just the same way the factory is

it sounds like at about 1.3 bar (absolute) it sometimes sounds like theres venting of air somewhere, i first thought the impeller was scraping but theres absolutely no play in it, i think it must be somewhere between the turbo and the intake, does it about 95% of the time, so sometimes its not there, but most of the time it sounds like someone has the IC tubes off and is blowing through them, if that makes sense.
btw magown, im very happy with the 007, finally i have a recirc valve that the piston isnt shot, i had back surgery 2 weeks ago so it took me this long to get it installed
