+1 or consider shipping. I've bought many sight unseen. I've flown one-ways and road tripped back with my kids. I've driven 7+ hours and rented a trailer one way. You're looking in a highly limited market. So you will either need to consider alternative means to get one or lower your standards or be very patient.

agree given the VA tags...I reached out to him awhile back, this one has been for sale for quite some time. He'd need to be around $12k to make it more attractive.
