i just noticed that i dont have a intercooler duct infront of the intercooler.when i took off the nose panel i see the front of the intercooler,no plastic duct to flow air through!this could be the problem why i see my temps jump.does anyone happen to have a spare they would like to donate or sell me?thanx in advance

umm...your temps jumping should have nothing to do with your intercooler. I don't know if there was a plastic duct going to the intercooler stock. My car certainly didn't come with one, but I've also never had any overheating problems without it. Check the archives for possible causes of overheating.....your IC is not the problem.
