Question Bracket on front of torque tube?

I went to unbolt the torque tube from the bell housing today. There was a two piece bracket in the way. It clamps around the torque tube and was 3-4" back from the bellhousing. Nothing was attached to it and I don't remember unbolting anything from it.

Anyone know what this thing is for? I can get a picture if need be. Maybe I'm just forgetting some bracket I removed that attached to it.

Yeah not the clutch line, that one attaches to one of the 4 torque tube bolts. Yeah, gotta be waste gate. I forgot that goes up so high. Those bolts usually look so much less accessible!
