Default Garrett turbocharger

I inherited a turbo here at work. It's a Garrett with a M4 A/R .49 hotside with a M10 A/R .48 intake side. Any idea what this may have come from and how much air this might actually move? My roommate might have a turbo Probe project and I was wondering if this might be big enough.

Looks like it might be a TB03, possibly from an early '90's Chrysler product.
