Default length/source for kw rear coilover to trailing arm bolt?

I bought a second hand set of KW V3s. Unfortunately they came without hardware. Can someone tell me what bolts I need for the rear lower attachment points?

Just get replacement bolts that hold the shocks in. or get the ones KW supply.

My plan exactly. I've calculated the KW bolts to be 95mm long and I found a VW part which seems to fit. I'll see tomorrow

Make sure it is the right thread pitch and durability class. I upgraded to class 10 when I installed 650# springs at the rear. I have seen the factory bolt shear on a 944 turbo track car twice.

The factory bolt is no longer available and really hard to find from hardware vendors. Fastenal does not have it for example.

Make doubly sure that the bolt doesn't bottom out on the threads.

Wind it in by hand (without the shock) and make sure the gap between the head of the bolt and the shoulder face on the suspension arm is smaller than the shock spacer length, by at least 2mm.

Otherwise the bolt won't clamp the shock spacer to the arm with sufficient force, the bolt will then be exposed to bending fatigue, and it WILL fail.

Cheers,
Mike
