Default Intake valve pic and question

#2 and #3 intake valves look like this, #1 and #4 look new.
Are these not sealing properly?

What seems to be the problem? Looks like 2 valves were changed at some point. Some valves look like that new.

Head has never been off the car.
I had intake off and took a peek, 2 valves look like that, 2 look new. Just making sure it isn't a sign of something I need to take action on.

Brad - If the HG has never been changed I would change it. The gasket deteriorates over time. I would also change the oil housing seals as well if they have not been done. Do you lose any coolant?

No I'm not losing any coolant but I did just start weeping oil around the cooler/block area after the last track day. I pulled the intake because I broke one of my reference sensors - replacing both as part of my 'replace everything that could cause the car to cut out in 10b' project. I suppose I should add the HG to the list.

Discoloration may be caused by a bit of oil leaking down from the guides. If you pull the head, you could have them checked and also replace the valve seals.
