Default Need wrenching help in Denver

I need some help in Littleton on a head gasket and turbo replacement. It’s been 2 yrs since it’s been running, which is way too long. First I had no money because of a divorce and then I’ve had some serious health problems. I never got much past getting the intake off, but figure I’ll need help over 2 days. One to do the HG and remove the turbo, and another to install the replacement turbo.

I haven’t decided what I’m going to do with the turbo. The blades on the compressor/cold side are chewed up, but the turbine seems fine. Dave Novak said he could help me come up with something better and cheaper than stock, but I haven’t talked with him in a long time, because I hadn’t made progress on my end. I’m going to contact him, but if anyone has any ideas, I’m interested.

Is anyone available this Sat 4/25? If not I can do it pretty much any time I can get help. Food and beer provided.

I'm not sure how much help I would be, (having done neither of those jobs) and I leave town this weekend until mid-May too. But if you still need help then I would be glad to help. It's a shame it's not running because I have a lift. That would make work on the turbo easier at least.

Let me know if you still need help in a couple weeks, sorry I can't offer more.

I'm definitely looking for at least one person who knows what they are doing, since I've never done it before, but would appreciate all help.
Chuck, my guess is it will be mid-May before I'd be ready to put the turbo back in, so I'll let you know.
