Default 968 6 speed trans, axles, crossmember, shifter kit

This is a 1993 transaxle with open diff 145K miles shifts well with a bit of hesitation into second just have to wait a split sec (typical of these). I have drained the oil its clean and it comes with both axles crossmember, shifter rod and shift lever. This is the entire kit you need to install into a 951 for keeping the boost on with closer gears. These pics show a short shifter it has the stock one back on as Im keeping it. I have another 6 speed project I just bought that Im going to rebuild with LSD so this trans has to go.

PM me if your interested thanks Shawn

$2,100 total kit shipped conus OBO

$1,700 just transaxle shipped

Hi.

Thinking of doing this and is the crossmember really needed? I mean wont the 951 version work? And isnt it just the drivers side driveshaft that is needed?

The 968 cross member does not work with the 944 fuel tank.

Both driveshafts are needed. They are equal length on the 944, but on the 968 one is shorter and the other one is longer.
