Stock 2.7/3.0l blocks are 104 mm bore so this gasket works for stock and over dimension bores.

This sounds like a nice head gasket. Someone (Duke) must have spent lots of time and effort identifying shortcomings in various available head gaskets and came up with a nice solution.
Even if the price is higher than what's available on the market, it will be money well spent.

Duke, would this gasket work with O-ringed heads or blocks?

Thank you for the nice words John.
As long as the o-ring is outside the fire ring it should work as the gasket is fibre type and would accept the o-ring similar as a stock type of gasket. But I cannot say if it will risk the functionality of these head gaskets so I would advice against it.

Has anyone looked into getting Cometic to make gaskets for our engines?
They made custom head gaskets for a supercharged nitrous 400 RWHP land speed bike engine for me with features just like the ones pictured above, and it was dirt cheap. They didn't even have a minimum quantity. Mind you, this was for a 1,000cc Aprilia V-twin, not exactly the most common request.

They have regular mls gaskets available and used to produce Phuzion MLS head gaskets that had similar design only the rings were hollow and filled with some kind of inert gas. They stopped producing those, for who knows what reason, but as far as I know corleone used al least one of these in his build.

I ran a Phuzion gasket in the past on a 2.5l block. Worked pretty good but that engine never saw any high boost.

The benefit with these new gaskets is that the fire ring has 3 grooves that will lock the ring in place towards the head.

Should do a group buy if there is enough of us in Alberta to save on shipping
