Default 951 Full leather interior installation picture thread :)

Promised the misses, if we got "another old 944 turbo" we'd make it nicer than the Boxster S and 911 turbo we recently sold, so here's what I did the day I bought the car: ordered a whole new 944T leather interior from Robert Budd to make the car as nice as I can, including:
-dash, lower dash, air bag
-steering wheel (I let him do that one with my core),
-shift boot, console, glove box,
-visors, sunroof panel (Me)
-sport seat covers.

I'll let the photos do the talking. While in there, I installed a new TOL Pioneer radio, AEM boost controller, AEM wideband, AEM oil pressure, and a custom-made Speedhut boost gauge with peak-hold warning. Also swapping over the burgundy carpets to black. While doing this, I had to rush-paint my car as my pre-paid painter is leaving town, then I lost my turbocharger on NYE, so Here's where I am so far.

Y me too! car smells like a Bentley now

I mistakenly didn't answer Robert Budd about the "do you want perforated leather" question on the seat leather, kinda glad I have solid now: it doesn't hold in farts

Nice Job man. Hey, that piece covering the vents on the dash, is it possible to mount one of those post dash installation?

Voith: correct.

Kaikai: no, it comes from Classic9 as well & is studded on the underside: requires the dash to be out to drill & to secure from the underside.

Damn, I really like that and put my dash in before I noticed that it was available. To big of a job to pull the dash for just that.

Lart: no I had a friend here in town who's recovered Porsche's Recaro's seats before: they've not seen heat yet & are expected to shrink up a bit.

Y dash jobs take a while for sure.
