From the tech section on the LR site:
Connect the boost pressures line (from the banjo bolt) to the top port on the wastegate. (YELLOW)
Connect the control line from the regulator to the side port on the wastegate. (BLUE)

Im trying to think why the wastegate does not operate on default spring pressure while the controller is off, maybe that might be my problem?

So I took covers of solenoid box, and pushed some compressed air, untill caps poped off, air wasnt going anythere, so I pushed some air trhu the openings I found and heard a click put everything together, now if I push air through IN port it comes out through out port, hoppefully it was just stuck solenoid from the beginning.
