Occasionally, and especially after a hard run, I will notice a rotten egg/sulfuric smell in the cabin. I notice it more with the windows down. Does anyone have any thoughts? Could this be related to the charcoal cannister, or is there another culprit? All help appreciated--stock 86 turbo.

Have you noticed if you're displaying too high voltage? I had a voltage regulator fail, and the overcharged battery gave off that kind of smell.
Although I would think it would be a problem regardless of running conditions, it's just something for you to consider.

check if your transmission gear oil is burnt. 80/9- wt smells that way if it's burnt.
battery vapor tends to leave a tear and a burning sensation when in haled, either through nose or mouth

Thanks for the replies. Gear oil is newer, less than a year old, and no changes on the volts. So far the cat seems to be the leading suspect. I am going to replace the cat-back this coming weekend anyways, so I may just drop the cat and punch it out at the same time.
