the RHS outlet maybe a little too high but I am just speculating. I agree it could be an interesting option

Yep, a CX racing core. It works, but i don't like the fact that i can't get good cooling to the radiator. If anything i want a tube and fin core.

I found the bmw one by searching intercooler end tanks and it popped up and thought it looked similar to our factory one. built quite well IMO,

Are you thinking it be may be more efficient than a modified standard intercooler ?

Could possibly? I don't know the sizes vs the sizes. The core looks similar, the end tanks look nice

I've actually done a lot of research on the 135/335 upgraded units. the inlet/outlet needs to be modified. but it is VERY interesting to see the research into the 135/335 intercoolers. this is another one that I found as well.... http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/part...nt_Mount/16586

I know that these coolers go on the bottom of their cars that's why the end tank is swept up.
