Unhappy Front right suspension HARD noise: cause? Please help

I'm fighting again with an hard noise (bump) coming from the front right suspension.
I changed:
- steering shaft (had some play)
- both front wheel bearings
- both tie rod
- both shoks
- all sway bar bushing using Powerflex purple
- both caster block using late style (968)
- manually checked ball jonits

The bump isn't present on straight way too if uneven, but only on left cornering, sometimes on right cornering too.
In addition to the noise the car is fine without any driving problem.
What could i check again?
I'm going crazy! Please help me

Hi Paulyy,
i disconnected the sway bar from control arm, removed the ball joint bolt and disconnected the ball joint from suspension, then i turned the ball joint all around by hand and it's tight... The wheels have no play, so i'm assuming that the ball joint are fine. With a bar i checked the play of control arms in each point but all is tight.

If you can rotate the ball joint in the control arms, i don't think it's tight. Mine are so tight that it' hard to even move then side to side.

Have you checked the top hats?

what does it do when the car turns?

if you push and pull on the wheel while its on the floor can you hear this noise. You have to do it very hard.

Default Checking ball joint

Raise front right car/tire off pavement, place hands at 12 and 6 o'clock on tire and try to move wheel top to bottom, bottom to top, (push/pull alternating) etc. if loose prob ball joint or worn/mis-adjusted front wheel bearings. Now place hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and push and pull left/right. If wheel moves more than a tiny amount worn tie rods. Simple first step make sure all is snug and tight there too. I would also inspect caster blocks and control arm bushes. Worn caster blocks/bushes will allow control arm to move enough to make clunking sound. Good luck!
