I happened to catch that episode. I always find it humorous that Edd's time is free when calculating the profit on the sale...

Yeah, that's a ton of labor. They detailed the car, stripped the interior, welded in the cage, presumably changed fluids, did brakes, suspension and ride height, did an alignment and painted the wheels.
