O2 sensor location???

Question O2 sensor location???

Where is the O2 sensor located?? And does anyone know the Bosch part number for the universal O2 sensor that fits our cars??

In the crossover pipe, about 9" down from where in meets the turbo. Sorry no idea on the part number for universal one....

Yep,,drivers side, follow cross over pipe up, about 1/2 way. Disconnect the plug at the back of the manifold, put a pc of string on it, that way you have a "fish line" to pull the new one back with as you take the old one out.

Yes, you have to access it from under the car. But you have to disconnect the plug on top first, otherwise the wires get wound up. Its the plug just behind the intake manifold in front of the firewall, the round one. Make sure the engine is cold when you do it.

Ok, I see the plug, just gotta get under to seethe actual sensor. Changing the oil this weekend, I'll take a look then.
