Is a GT torque biasing LSD not a true LSD?

Yes, that is a torque bias differential like the Quaife I run in my car. Not a true LSD, it is gear based not clutch based. Advantage? No friction surfaces to wear out. Disadvantage? No lockup under braking, only during acceleration.
