Default rogue data logger help

I shot Josh an email about this, but given what all he has going on, I figured I'd ask on here as well.

Finally got some time to install my mtune data logger. Already have the tuner working, so I had tunerpro rt installed..etc.

I wired up the logger to the 2 dme wires (ground and serial), and my pc saw and installed a driver for the logger. but when I try to connect (after setting the com port), tuner pro just says "da connecting" and never connects.

not sure what all I can try at this point, but figured someone might have an idea.

What OS on your laptop? Check Preferences in Tuner Pro (see image).

Try different serial ports - pretty much what I think Shawn was referring to.

I got mine working on my tablet w/Win 8.1 (woo-boo!) - I had the wrong COM port selected in TunerPro.

The Logger drivers allow USB to communicate on COM. So even though the Logger uses USB, the interface with TunerPro is serial.

With some help from josh I got it working. Thanks josh!! For some reason my old dme (non tuner) would not send serial data but my tuner enabled dme (which I need to use anyways) worked fine

How do I add items to log? I want to log the sensors. Etc. I see them in the list but not in th graph mode

Right click on the graph and select what you want to view.
