Default Paging Oddjob (Jim) koni help

Jim, I just got a hold of a rear konis with hypercoil springs and one of the bushings is damage, do you know where can I get the bushing?

This is a fairly new set I believe they had the wrong bolt

Tia

Lart,

That thing is mangled!

Certainly Performance Shock should be able to help you out with koni replacement parts. Contact them and let them know what model of shock you have and the application and they should be able to get you the correct bearing. They are one of the few authorized/certified koni service shops in the US, so they should know what they are doing.

Or if you can find a part number on the bearing, you can also try what gpr8er recommended, which is to contact a bearing supplier with the p/n, and they should be able to find a generic replacement. Very likely its a standard spherical bearing, so OD/ID and thru bore dimensions will get you an indentical part.

Those are the Ground Control inverted rear coilovers, same as what I have on my car:

Call them, they will set you up with what you need.

Looks like someone tried to run those without the special lower rear mount and spacers and just put a bolt through it.
