Default quick LBE adjustment question

if the LBE is screwed all the way down how much psi would i be running?ive read in the archives that 4 pennies between the lock nut and LBE body is 10psi and 1 complete turn clockwise is 1psi.so i do all of this and the lock nut is almost to the LBE body(~1mm).is this right?15psi or did i go wrong somewhere. TIA

The 10psi number is the pressure at which the LBE will start to open. This will actually translate to about 15psi of actual turbo-boost. Here's some background on how mechanical boost-controllers and wastegates work together: LBE intalled, getting weird readings

Feels fast huh? You might want to get a boost-gauge to know for sure what your actual boost is to be safe.
