Congratulations for the results.

Does the engine feel much different running 1.3 bar instead of 1.5?

I have been running 1.5-1.6 bar lately and the results are not quite in line with how the engine performed at 1.2 bar.

I've been pretty happy with the LR system, I find it an improvement, but that doesn't mean you can't improve it of course...

Yes Thom, you could feel it was less powerful but on the short twisty track it really wasn't better with more power. In fact it was worse. On a bigger track, sure, we will have to run more boost to compete with other cars that have quite a bit more hp than us anyway.

Might try it anyway Rod. Can't hurt.

It must be quite frustrating having a newer Porsche and get burned by the underrated 951.
Should post this on the racing forums. Patrick and Sean are the Ayrton Senna & Emerson fittipaldi of Australia

Congratulations Paul, Patrick and Sean. Interesting to see what sort of machine and money you need to spend to keep up with you three, 4.0L GT3RSR or 962 replica.

Pat, I'm doing a cooling system mod that will benefit you greatly. Shoot me a with your email address and I'll get you some pictures and details. No more head gasket failures because of coolant!

8:0.1 Shawn. Don't know if it's head/block flex, head lift, too much at peak cylinder pressure...it's not knock which is good.

They couldn't be less interested Lart. If it's not rear engineed or out of N.America they don't pay it much attention. Especially as we're not 'real racers' due to the Time Attack format.

Yes, it's the South layout of our only track in Sydney. Until they made this additional short and twisty part, we couldn't run nearly as many events in this city with close to 5 million people. There was another event going on the same day on the North layout. They can also run 2 versions of the complete circuit. Overall it's not a bad setup.

Thanks Glen (and others). It's quite a bit of fun.

Patrick - Can you get high res photos of the HG when you pull it? What torque are you using on the head?

This looks like the Corleone treatment. I've sent him an email to see if he has more pics.
Well done guys!!

I've been looking for that picture!! I was thinking of doing that to mine for the over kill cooling. Using braided lines and an adapter. not sure if it'll do much for me though.

For a road car Pauly it's not really needed in my estimation but perhaps the rear steam vent kit might be worth it.
