run both and see the differences.

light.
then put the stiffer one in.
if you have the capabilities to log boost and rpm, do it.

if you can feel a difference between the stiff one and the softer one like less response of the turbo, keep the stiff one in.

If you hear a flutter noise (sut sut sut sut sut noise) put the softer one back on.

I never understood why you would want to change that spring?

sometimes running higher boost the blow off valve can get pushed opened by the boost pressure. the only thing holding it down is the spring pressure and that little force coming from the vacuum hose
