and this years (M01):

If you look at the times, the car holds its own, but the newer cars will typically win depending on the course layout and who is driving. Not running R-comps is ultimately hurting me, but I'm just not that serious about it to go buy a spare set of wheels and tires. I built a 924 for autocross which I really should be using, this is just supposed to be my fun, weekend, daily driving car.
Suspension is stock M030 Turbo S with swaybar braces and 400lb front springs. 18" 911 wheels and S-02's.
Engine is stock Turbo S internally (meaning, handbuilt) with an updated header and a huge SFR ball bearing turbo with ceramic coating, FabSpeed downpipe and LR exhaust. Biggest change is the Wolf3D EFI system with a J&S KnockSafe that eliminates the MAF and allows more control over the engine tuning using the Wideband sensor.

How much was that in regards to the Rogue M-tune kit? I am still shopping around for the right tune on my 951 engine build.

I don't know, actually. It came with the car. It was damned expensive back in the day from what I gathered with a bit of research here. I know there were some threads on it. Mine is version v4000, but there was a newer version that was a bit better. Support isn't very good anymore compared to M-Tune or MegaSquirt, but the tuning software is similar to those used on MegaSquirt and other products, so a tuner should be able to find their way around it fairly well.
I've heard good things about the M-Tune. If my car didn't already have the Wolf system, it would likely get an M-Tune or I would go with MegaSquirt (I already have one on my 924, so I'm familiar with it).
