There's really no way you can tell from those pics if the DME/KLR have been exposed to water. It could drip on to the connectors, then seep in and cause long term problems. It wouldn't take much.

But I agree with jmj951, this would be the least of my worries.

The tech who performed the PPI says there is no water penetration into those as far as he could tell...
