TT, if CV is bypassed, then how does KLR read and/or control boost?? Also, that was in regards to stock boost, which is almost a moot point for many in here.
The point is that the stock configuration is just what the ricer described; get your boost reference signal from the intake manifold. Any decent aftermarket boost control solution should be setup just like the stock one: 1) get reference pressure from intake manifold and 2) use pressure taken from just after the turbo to manipulate the wastegate.
