Default Stock cat-back install.

A quick question regarding swapping out my existing(rusty) stock cat-back with my new(used) stock replacement--thanks again Perry!
Is there some type of gasket for the flange behind the cat where the replacement exhaust flange will bolt up? If so, anyone have a part #? I hate to get half-way through a task and realize that I am missing something. Thanks in advance.

Eric,
I do not know if the emissions requirements are the same in PA and DE, but I have passed the last 3 emissions test in DE with no cat, aftermarket cat-back and heavily modified fuel system. The performance gain was significant and it's still pretty clean running.

Of course it is understandable if you want to keep it stock.

Brian,

Might be a good idea to state that you have the capability to fine tune your mixture with the PiggyBack. Very few people have this capability, and may not be able to pass the same test. You got your car dialed in nicely.

Eric,
My exhauset had a fiber gasket where the cat-back and Cat connect. I just searched the PET5 and the part is not in the system. It might have come with my bypass pipe, can't remember.

PET does show a sealing ring that fits inside the flange #928 111 244 02.

Good luck.

Fast is right.
With the larger injectors, 45psi on the fuel rail and host of other things the only likely reason for passing was becasue I have control over the fuel mapping and it is running the way it should. Smooth idle with no hesitation and everything stays in my desired A/F comming up through the RPM's.

The piggyback is a fantastic system, I would not have passed without it.

Thank you Brian. I am ordering the gasket Monday and hopefully will have the exhaust installed next weekend.
