Clouds of white smoke and water out of tail pipe after engine warms

I dont have exact numbers, but when the engine warms up the smoke is gone maybe takes like 3-5mins, at this weather right now wich is around 20-30F it smokes all the time I took that pic when it was around 30 and raining so it was humid.

My Turbo race car has done that since I bought it and I've had it for 15 years. It's been a dedicated track car for 10 years. My S2 does the same thing. It all condensation, and yes it does spit water droplets out the tail pipe. I usually warn people not to stand behind it when I fire it up unless they want a black spray pattern on their pants and shoes :-)

The video doesn't look too bad, though I understand it may not really capture the scene... Still, if you don't lose coolant/water and you're sure it's steam, I think you're good.

I started mine in the cold the other day and water literally poured out of my B+B 3 inch exhaust. Even made note to self, "wow, that is a lot of water".

Are you losing coolant? What does the smoke smell like? (coolant usually has a sweet smell to it) (though so does E85 ethanol if you are burning it)

not loosing coolant, oil looks good, coolant pressure test is good. smoke doesnt smell sweet (just strong exhaust smell). no oily residue on back of car. I do have low compression on #3 (90 psi). leakdown was unconclusive due to my lack of ability

If you are not losing coolant or oil - then the only thing that it can be is from combustion...
What are the AFRs at idle?
Keep in mind that burning 1 gallon of gasoline will produce ~1.5 gallons of water.

af's are at 16-17 at idle. but gets a little rich under boost (low 11's).
would you expect this to go away ideling? or only once you drive it and get it under boost?

Seems weird you would go through a whole track event, let it sit just a few hours, and get that much moisture in moderate weather. How long does the smoke longer in the air? Oil smoke can happen at idle when the turbo is over oiled, or the seals are going, or the drain pipe is clogged, or the crankcase is pressurizing. Do you have a stock turbo? Might be worth having someone in the know watch it when it's smoking to confirm whether its oil or water. If its not normal condensation, chances are it will get worse and the source will become easier to locate. If it keeps doing the same thing without change and without losing oil or coolant, then its probably just normal condensation burning off...
