K26/8
Can this legally be used in a 951 to race in Stock E? I have read the rule, but I am not a mechanic and don't know for sure if this is legal. I know about the h.p./torque x .5 rule. But subject to that is the K26/8 legal for Stock E? Thank you.

Assuming you're asking about PCA stock classes...
E stock cars are early turbos using the K26/6 turbo. The K26/8 came on the '88 TurboS and '89, which race in F.
Changing or modifying the turbo would put you into GT class.
