What has to be done to make a Garret GT turbo fit (sorry, I tried searching)?

Burning Brakes
Grind the turbo pedastul mount, get and oil return adapter , fab coolant hose connections, clearance throttle body screws. Now add the right air , fuel , timing.

Plus you'll probably need to modify X over and downpipe.

it also depends on which turbo. once you get into the 35 series you will have to get the right hot side housing in order to clear the block.
other than that - all you have to modify is simple - its everything that touches the turbo! all exhaust piping, oil feeds & drains, intake pipe, mounts and coolant connections.

Thank you for your answers!
Does everything have to be custom made, or can I buy parts that are ready to install somewhere?
What can they help me with?
Thank you for pictures!
I have a vitesse stage2 kit now, so I am able to adjust fuel. Will I need to change timing..?

There's no bolt on kit. You might be lucky to get a mount but for the rest, you're on your own. Not too difficult for any decent shop though.

Yes it is, precision billet turbo are just bad ***, look at the honda's and evo's they run 8's on
67mm billet turbos. The one i used was a 5858, if i had to do it again i would go with a 6262. Precision now offer these turbos for our cars with the k series 82ar back housing... You would just have to shave the motor mount.

Short answer: everything.
Long answer: He can make you a complete kit with everything you need. New turbo mount. Coolant and oil lines and fittings. Updated downpipe and crossover pipe. He can even set you up with a turbo.
