Default Want to raise the rear of the car

So here is the deal my cars rear sits way lower than front and my coils are set to lowest position in front and at highest in rear here is a pic

Any way to raise my rear? Would re indexing torsion bars or something like that help?

Does it bottom out or cause any problems? If not, and if you have enough suspension travel and the rear half-shafts are relatively level, I wouldn't raise it. Handling will be worse off for it.

Main reason I thought it's not good that back sits lower and we'll it's kinda hard to get a jack under the car

The eccentric can be a PITA if you don't have a slim wrench to fit it. Spray paint the sides white so you can see how much you've moved it and then match the other side, checking a tape or veneer gauge. Hit it with black spray paint when done.
