If you're reading 1.95 bar on the gauge, you're no longer running stock boost. Maybe the previous owner installed chips, maybe he removed them...but either way, pull out the banjo bolt in the inter cooler line and see if there is a restrictor. If there is, that explains the 'mysterious' 270hp you put down on the dyno. By the way, if you're running a k26/8 turbo, your baseline hp is 247.

Decking the head to the max means 0.02", or 0.5mm. Should be good for almost half a point gain in compression. I'm also pretty sure that a 1.4mm thick head gasket is stock as well. I dont think you picked up 25hp here...

Long story short, 300whp is agreed to be the about most you can pull out of a k26/8 turbo.
