annoing sound in dash..

Ok so whats up with my bar gauge? It makes a really annoing sound here is a vid

Is that the gauge or the turbo making that sound? The sound itself reminds me when i had a turbo with a bad bearing.

The sound comes straight from the dash, when my turbo spools up i can hear it but it doesnt make this sound, any good and easy way to check on the bearings?

It would take five minutes to take the mounting screws out of the cluster and pull off all the electrical connects. If the noise goes away, it is one of the instruments like the speedo or the tach.
