86 951, bilstein cup suspension (progressive helper spring and stock torsion bars), stock rubber mounts on torsion bar carrier and sphericals and metal bushings on the swing arms.

tires are 335/30-18 on 13 inch rims.

Camber? factory for 86 is -25 +/- 30' and -1 degree +/- 30' for US
Toe? factory for 86 is 0' +/- 5'

The settings for >90 are slightly different. WHat changed at the back of the car?

The intended use is street/track. I'm a track weenie, a nice stable feel is what I'm after. I tried positive toe at the front and didn't like it.

OK, I'm bumping this thread because I could use some input from the "gently modified" crowd before I actually dollars for an alignment. Pix here.
The specs are:

11x18 285/30F
13x18 335/30R
Michelin pilot sport street tires
full Cup suspension, progressive springs, shocks and sway bars (30 mm Tubular F 24mm R) and stock 23.5 mm torsion bars.
Fabcar control arms Delrin front and 968 rear bushing
swingarms are elephant monoballs and bushings, but stock rubber mounts for the torsion bar carrier.

Questions:

for a street/track set up is 1.5 degrees front camber OK? I used to have 1.75 degrees back when I 255/40 and 275/40-17s.
Zero front toe?
I had a problem trying to max front caster. I got binding in the bushings, so I baked off till it moved freely.

any suggestions for the rear?

Also, am I better off with a Hunter alignment machine at a generic repair place, or a local race shop with a collection of alignment plates? Comments?Regards,
